About The Position

This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, selection, and onboarding to ensure stores are fully staffed with friendly associates. The HR Specialist will interview candidates, make hiring decisions, and partner with stakeholders on succession planning. A key responsibility is maintaining the accuracy, integrity, daily maintenance, release of information, storage, and confidentiality of all associate data.
