At the direction of or with the assistance of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR related administration and coordination, particularly related to benefits administration, 401(k) administration, wellness initiatives, onboarding and offboarding administration, and organization and upkeep of HRIS systems and records. Additionally, the Human Resources Specialist will assist with other human resources programs and policies including training and development, communication and rapid response to HR related questions.
