The Human Resources Specialist will lead onsite HR initiatives supporting leadership and Outfitters in the store in the following areas: staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding, and administrative excellence. Additionally, this role will assist the General Manager with administrative functions as needed. This role acts as a brand ambassador representing the culture of the organization to drive retention and a positive working environment within each department. The HR Specialist will also provide guidance and support for performance management, the annual review process, and succession planning for hourly outfitters, while responding to and resolving first-level outfitter issues. They will partner with the Sr. HRM or Employee Relations Department for guidance on all outfitter issues requiring escalation as appropriate. Administrative duties include processing invoices, managing expenses within Coupa, ordering and monitoring store supplies, and coordinating travel for store Outfitters and leaders.
