This role is key to elevating our HR and People Development programs by analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting workforce and job data to generate insights that support strategic business results. Reporting to the Vice President, HR & People Development, you will play a lead role in the design, development, evaluation, and administration of compensation and job evaluation programs. The role requires hands on data analysis, strong HR systems capability including Workday, and market research to make recommendations related to compensation, recruitment, retention, rewards, recognition, and compliance. A key aspect of this role is acting as a Workday power user for the HR team. You will use Workday to support compensation and job data accuracy, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance, and Technology as needed to ensure data quality and strong decision support.
