You will own a full range of HR functions, including team building, compensation and benefits management, training, and performance rewards. And work collaboratively with our Propower team to acquire talent. This role is central to developing and maintaining the diverse, exceptional teams that drive our success. You must be willing to work long hours, in a rapidly changing environment, be self-managed, and lead process improvement efforts. You’ll need strong writing and leadership skills and be able to lead hiring efforts to source, develop, and promote high performance pros.
