About The Position

The HR Specialist supports the management of employee and labor relations matters by providing guidance, case support, and analysis aligned with company policy and applicable employment laws. This role partners with HR, managers, and employees to help resolve workplace concerns, support investigations, and promote a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment. The position offers hands-on exposure to ER/LR practices within a global organization and plays an important role in supporting workforce stability and trust in Warsaw and other sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, or a related HR discipline.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations principles and U.S. employment practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and support multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting ER/LR matters in a manufacturing or Operations environment.
  • Familiarity with investigations, grievance handling, or corrective action processes.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • HR or employee relations certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Employee Relations and Labor relations activities, including intake, documentation, and coordination of cases.
  • Assist with ER/LR investigations by gathering information, maintaining records, and supporting fact-finding processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on routine employee relations questions and policy interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential ER/LR case documentation and data in accordance with defined standards.
  • Support trend analysis and reporting related to employee relations issues and outcomes.
  • Ensure ER/LR activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable employment laws.
  • Partner with ER/LR, HR, and Legal teams to support consistent and timely resolution of employee concerns.
