The Human Resource (HR) Specialist has primary responsibility for onboarding all new hires and assists with many aspects of benefits administration. The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and contributes to a wide range of HR functions, including department development, online and traditional recordkeeping, employee relations, training and development, organizational development, and recruitment. In addition, this role supports organizational events, including planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company-sponsored events. The HR Specialist must be service-oriented with high personal standards and a hands-on work style. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
