About The Position

An expanding home care organization is seeking an HR Specialist / Recruiter to support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and human resources functions. This role is ideal for an individual who understands the home care industry and enjoys helping build a strong caregiver workforce while supporting day-to-day HR activities. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess prior home care experience.

Responsibilities
