About The Position

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Specialist III to process and coordinate global compensation programs, including annual compensation planning cycles, promotion reviews, and incentive plan and local compensation implementations. This role involves implementing and maintaining compensation programs and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements across multiple regions. The HR Specialist III will partner with cross-functional teams to execute compensation initiatives, providing technical support for global compensation and promotion processes. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating complex compensation adjustments, incentive plans, and local compensation programs, as well as analyzing compensation data to create comprehensive reports for program improvements and market competitiveness. The role also involves developing standard operating procedures for compensation-related processes and monitoring program effectiveness through metrics and feedback, implementing process improvements and automation solutions. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in job offered or Human Resources related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 3 years of experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
