About The Position

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist. This role serves as the primary point of contact for ADP's Comprehensive Human Resources clients, handling their service request tickets for ADP's WorkForce Now (WFN) Human Resources Technology solution. The specialist carries the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. The core goal is to help clients, with daily tasks varying based on client questions and solutions. The role involves partnering with the assigned Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and third-party vendors for troubleshooting and a seamless client experience. Success is supported by ADP's top-ranked training. The role requires comfort in a metrics-driven call center environment with a structured day, strong client-facing communication skills to build rapport and trust, clear and actionable written and verbal communication, and the ability to achieve high client satisfaction scores. Adaptability to pace, a collaborative and inclusive culture, and opportunities for friendship are also highlighted.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client and/or service experience
  • Military Experience is also considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Payroll Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • HR Certifications including SHRM, PHR, GBA, CEBS, and/or CHRS (ACA)

Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.
  • Proactively initiate regular outbound communication to identify problems and offer solutions to improve the internal operation and administration of human resources and labor policies, practices, and procedures within the scope of ADP's offering.
  • Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to solve issues and questions, helping clients understand the value of ADP's products.
  • Turn client input into recommendations for leaders on best practices and solutions training.
  • Prioritize, organize, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up in a structured environment.
  • Balance workload to handle multiple inquiries while focusing on important tasks and staying up-to-date on ADP and external policy changes.
