About The Position

The HR Solutions Manager will provide HRBP leadership by partnering with HR and Business Management to align business strategy and objectives with talent strategy in assigned client groups. This role will assess, anticipate, and deliver HR-related needs or programs with minimum oversight. The HR Solutions Manager will provide HR leadership and oversight for various aspects of the organization's HR programs, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations that require judgment and risk management in alignment with policies and practices. This role will also partner with the legal department as needed or required, consult, advise, influence, and partner with leadership on talent strategies and actions to build an engaged and high-performing organization. Additionally, the HR Solutions Manager will partner closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning in partnership with business leaders, and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. The role involves developing partnerships across the HR function to assist in the delivery of value-added service to management and employees, participating in special projects with guidance from HR Management or Senior HR Professionals, providing coaching and guidance to lower-level HR business partners, and participating in the interview and selection of talent in assigned client groups and performing compensation analysis to drive competitive offers. The HR Solutions Manager will analyze complex trends and metrics in partnership with client groups, COEs, or Shared Services to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • 8-10 years of human resources-related experience required.
  • Proven successful project management skills.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of local and federal employment laws within own area.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules.
  • Ability to travel via car, air, or train as determined by management.
