The HR Solutions Coordinator is responsible for handling transactional work and inquiries within HR operations, focusing on HRIS updates, compliance, benefits, and payroll. This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week at our Indianapolis office, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
