HR Shared Services Advisor
About The Position
Inova Health is seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services Advisor to support employees and leaders with HR and payroll questions, issues, and transactions. The advisor identifies issues, develops solutions, and documents interactions in the HR system; partners with HR business partners, payroll, and talent acquisition to escalate complex tickets or concerns; and supports employee and leader transactions in Oracle. The role requires maintaining detailed knowledge of HR processes, reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, protecting confidential employee information, and collaborating on other HR tasks and company projects. Additional duties may be assigned. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle and ServiceNow and at least one year of HR experience.

Responsibilities

- Partner with HRBPs, payroll, and talent acquisition to escalate complicated tickets or concerns.
- Provide support for employee and leader transactions in Oracle.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of HR processes.
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Keep all employee information strictly confidential.
- Collaborate on other HR tasks or company projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
