The HR Services Representative will maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation to ensure compliance and effective, efficient, and accurate administration of employees. This role handles routine inquiries and requests from employees and managers related to HR policies, processes, procedures, plans, and programs. The representative will support new employee benefits enrollment and annual open enrollments, as well as employee benefit adjustments after a qualifying life event. They will communicate changes affecting benefits coverage to insurance brokers, carriers, plan administrators, and other vendors and systems. As a liaison between employees and insurance carriers and partners, the representative will respond to retirement plan inquiries and refer complex matters to appropriate centers of expertise or HR management. This role also contributes to and continuously improves knowledge in the HR knowledgebase and maintains knowledge of laws and regulations related to employment law. Other related duties as assigned.
