HR Service Center Representative II
About The Position
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an HR Service Center Representative II. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position located in Atlanta, GA. As an HR Service Center Representative II, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely retrieval and dissemination of non-revenue pass travel information to employees, retirees, and survivors. You will provide customer service in a call center environment by retrieving information from online resources, interpreting it, and providing the appropriate response to the customer. This role requires managing information with a high level of confidentiality and communicating with all levels of employees, retirees, survivors, and vested employees. You will also utilize online chat functionality to provide non-revenue customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment.
- Typing 35 WPM.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
- Previous airline experience is desired.
- Strong customer service focus.
