About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Safety Coordinator to support both Human Resources and Safety operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR or Safety/Compliance within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 0–2 years of administrative, HR, safety, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Tenstreet, or similar systems
  • Exposure to transportation, logistics, or compliance environments

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring and onboarding, including pre-hire clearances, orientation, and employee records
  • Support recruiting activities by entering and maintaining new hire information in Tenstreet
  • Maintain HR and safety documentation and records
  • Review driver logs for compliance issues
  • Assist with driver citations, inspections, and required state submissions
  • Monitor safety systems and track incidents
  • Review collision reports and assist with responses
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping for DOT and regulatory compliance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of HR and Safety operations
