About The Position

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking an Entry Level HR Representative who is bilingual in English and Spanish to support the facility manager in human resource management. This role is crucial for attracting, motivating, and retaining talent while promoting the company's culture in a healthy and productive work environment. The HR Representative will be responsible for various HR functions including payroll, timekeeping, pre-hire and onboarding processes, employee life cycle management, HRIS data integrity, and administrative tasks. The position requires a professional in Human Resources Management or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office, flexibility to work various shifts and overtime, and authorization to work in the U.S. Strong self-auditing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects are essential.

Requirements

  • Professional in Human Resources Management and/or related fields
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook as well as other software
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overtime, as needed, and during busy peak season
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge in Basic regulations, Federal and/or State Law
  • Demonstrated ability to self-audit for very high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguards
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skill

Responsibilities

  • Audits time and invoices for contingent workers to ensure they match the time cards
  • Prepare Time Detail Reports
  • Run the missing punches report and follow up. Collect and enter all missing time before the end of day
  • Creates and generates reports for HR and Operations
  • Distribute pre-hire paperwork, collects new hire information, make sure the forms are completed and documents turned in, roster updates
  • Conducts new hire orientation on clock-in and out procedures
  • Educates new hires on use of timekeeping and self-service tools
  • Ensures data integrity in HRIS (Unify) and other people related systems
  • Assist HR manager with maintenance of employee personnel records
  • Time & Attendance
  • Receives Absence requests for processing
  • All other projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Collaborate with the follow up on missing or pending paperwork
  • Plan the recruitment of personnel according to the facility's needs
  • Organize and implement the company's welfare plans
  • Manage the recruitment of personnel for the area of impact
  • Review and control the hours registered by employees in the company's software
  • Ensure the weekly reports of hours worked by employees are sent
  • Coordinate the recruitment of direct and agency personnel, ensuring that the required documentation is received before hiring and complies with legal requirements
  • Execute training and development plans, supporting the teams in the area of impact
  • Participate in the monthly safety committee meetings
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the management indicators established for the current year in the position
  • Ensure compliance with the internal policies described in the employee handbook
  • Ensure the safety manual is implemented in the facility
