About The Position

This role is responsible for a variety of HR functions including database management, payroll support, talent acquisition, performance management, and training coordination. The HR Representative will ensure accurate record-keeping, streamline HR processes, and support HR Business Partners in various initiatives. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Requirements

  • Exceptional planning and organizing skills required.
  • Proven experience in a role requiring strong analytical & critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of HR projects including, but not limited to assisting with content development, deck preparation and data analysis.
  • Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
  • Work requires knowledge of the policies and procedures of the office or function.
  • Possess a good understanding of office environments and procedures with demonstrated skills using personal computers and PC based systems.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information related to HR.
  • Deal effectively with a wide variety of people both in person and over the telephone.
  • Possesses working knowledge of EEO/AA and Employment Law.
  • Superior customer service experience and attention to detail required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR-related position (3-5 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate HR database records, conduct data integrity audits, identify process improvements, and work with HR management to streamline processes.
  • Process all transfers, job reclassifications, promotions, and other HR processes electronically.
  • Manage and maintain the electronic personnel file database, scanning relevant documents to appropriate employee files.
  • Manage data for job codes, job duty analysis, and escalate bonus issues.
  • Track and report on HR metrics, including performance, PIPs, succession, DEI, and growth plans.
  • Administer payroll ticketing requests and process issues such as pay adjustments and inquiries.
  • Support HR Business Partner team in communication and tracking of performance management activities, track PIP process and outcomes, and provide introductory performance process discussions for non-exempt level employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers, perform job description validation, and assist with new hire onboarding, including automated paperwork and I9 verification.
  • Conduct DEI metric tracking and communication.
  • Manage compliance training reporting and follow-up, and facilitate training sessions such as Leading with Inclusion workshops and Presence with a Purpose.
  • Coordinate, administer, and support culture and engagement activities.
