The HR Generalist role is responsible for developing and managing Human Resources activities to support a high-performance organization at the Dixon, CA and Stockton, CA manufacturing facilities within the Americas Supply Chain Unit. Functions supported by this role may include, but are not limited to, Talent Management (succession planning/ performance management), Improving Manager Quality, Organizational Design, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Implementation of Change Management programs/ initiatives, Staffing, Legal and Compliance (i.e. Affirmative Action), Employee Safety and Wellness, Communications and administering of Compensation and Benefits programs.
