Join our People Analytics team and play a key role in delivering global HR reporting, analytics, and dashboarding solutions across the Brambles Group. In this role, you'll design and enhance impactful Power BI dashboards, develop data-driven analytics solutions, and partner with stakeholders across the business to enable smarter workforce decisions. If you're passionate about data visualization, analytics, and transforming information into actionable business insights, we'd love to hear from you. The HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist role is responsible for transforming complex HR data into meaningful insights, creating intuitive visualizations, automating reporting processes, and supporting stakeholders with workforce analytics. While knowledge of Workday and other HR systems is beneficial, expertise in Power BI, data modelling, data visualization, and analytics is considered critical to success in the role.
