About The Position

A full-time Recruitment Specialist position has just opened up for our client located in the Mount Vernon/Yonkers area of Westchester County. We seek an individual who brings a disciplined approach to their work, enjoys and works as a supportive team member in a team-based HR environment. We want to talk with professional candidates who bring experience delivering recruitment results along with great customer service and the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers with a consultative approach while leveraging a state-of-the-art ATS and onboarding systems. You'll be part of the on-site HR team, supporting our client of 300 employees. This position will drive recruitment outcomes, deliver weekly dashboards to ensure updates to the organization. This position offers more than usual autonomy in a professional office setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years recruitment experience
• Disciplined approach to work
• Supportive team member in a team-based HR environment
• Experience delivering recruitment results
• Great customer service skills
