About The Position

Top Metal Solutions is seeking a bilingual HR & Recruiting Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with previous recruiting experience who enjoys working with people, thrives in a hands-on and dynamic work environment, and is comfortable supporting both office and production teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with employees and candidates. This is not a purely administrative office role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with employees, supporting hiring efforts, assisting with onboarding, and helping maintain strong day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable interacting with employees in both office and production environments throughout the workday.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Previous recruiting experience required
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and follow-through
  • Ability to interact professionally with both office and production employees
  • Comfortable working on-site and throughout different areas of the facility
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information

  • Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, or employee-related processes preferred
  • Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environment experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms
  • Source and screen qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and department leaders
  • Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate follow-up
  • Support hiring efforts for production, warehouse, welding, painting, office, and administrative positions
  • Assist with recruiting process improvements and hiring support activities
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes
  • Prepare and organize onboarding documentation
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and employee introductions
  • Assist with employee time clock setup and initial orientation
  • Support employees with questions and basic HR-related needs
  • Help maintain a positive employee experience throughout onboarding and early employment stages
  • Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation
  • Support compliance tracking and internal administrative processes
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and document management
  • Assist with internal communications and department coordination
  • Support additional HR and administrative projects as needed
