Requirements

2+ years Recruiting/HR experience.
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Interviewing, report writing, and investigative skills required.
Attention to Detail and handling sensitive information professionally and with accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Previous HR casino and hospitality experience a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and/or related area, or equivalent work experience, and/or PHR or SPRH Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Reviews packets with new hires, sets Gaming appointments, and follows up on status with management.
Processes new hires.
Assists employees with career advancement
Conducts and organizes new hire orientation as needed.
Conduct background and resort permit licensing investigation on all non-licensed employee applicants.
Prepare written reports regarding resort permit licensing and permit denials.
Completes investigative reports.
Utilizes criminal investigation sources to access information on individuals.
