About The Position

Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs for our theme park.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18+
• Valid Drivers License
• Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.
• Have strong verbal and written skills.
• Have computer knowledge with different programs
• Be able to pay attention to details
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

Responsibilities

• Research and attend local recruitment fairs
• Assist pending employees through the I9 Paperwork Process
• Conduct interviews for certain job positions
• Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs for all Seasonal team members
• Facilitate and attend high school and university hiring events
• Responsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs/community events
• Track and analyze statistical employment information and trends to help in recruitment efforts
