As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building the workforce that drives our business forward. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience who will own the full recruiting lifecycle and operate as a strategic partner to our business leaders. This role is responsible for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and transitioning talent into billable roles that directly support operational and revenue goals. The Recruiter is not just filling jobs, they are helping leaders solve business problems through talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the safety, compliance or nondestructive testing industries.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical and field-based roles in oil and gas, energy and safety and compliance industries.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing software to identify passively sourced candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings across multiple departments and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific certification requirements.
  • Working knowledge of hiring compliance, employment laws, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from workforce planning and sourcing through offer, onboarding, and transition to billable status.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions across departments while maintaining a high-quality candidate and manager experience.
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with operational needs and revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and role requirements.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to managers on hiring decisions, talent tradeoffs, and market realities.
  • Translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies that drive performance and growth.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, technical, and field-based roles.
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Create compelling job postings and promote opportunities across multiple platforms.
  • Represent PROtect’s culture, values, and growth opportunities in all candidate interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring and onboarding requirements, including E-Verify, background checks, drug screens, and employment eligibility.
  • Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure consistent, legally compliant hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and business outcomes.
