About The Position

Medivant Healthcare is a rapidly growing U.S.-based pharmaceutical manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality, affordable generic injectables. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer rollout and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates within defined budgets
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate documentation
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
