Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, the HR Recruiter understands staffing needs in order to source, identify and attract role special talent for key roles across all MedWiz facilities. The ideal candidate will manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates via job boards and networking to conduct screenings/interviews, and ensure a seamless placement for employers and job seekers. Overall, the HR recruiter will manage the entire hiring process to ensure a good fit and compliance with regulations.
