About The Position

Hood Container Corporation is seeking an HR Professional to primarily support full-cycle recruitment & provide support around employee development programs across the company. This position has the option to be remote within the East/Central U.S. Time Zones and should have ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment for hourly & salary level roles
Experience providing HR support within a manufacturing environment
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn or Indeed
Administration experience with ATS and LMS platform
Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
Early Adopter of technology for productivity & automation is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize a heavy volume of salary and hourly requisitions.
Manage full cycle recruiting processes, as well as assist with the development of recruiting strategies, processes, and tools.
Support and manage diverse sourcing strategies, including referral generation, job advertisements, direct sourcing tools, and strategic industry partners.
Become an expert within our Application Tracking System (ATS) - ADP to provide training & improvement opportunities within the recruitment process.
Support administration and management of HR & Employee programs (e.g. Training, Performance Reviews, or Employee Recognition)
Opportunity to grow with regards to HR Project Management
