Perform all tasks related to the HR recruitment function, including advertising, screening applications, interviewing, testing, background screening and reference checking, and scheduling post-offer pre-employment physicals and work screens. Track and monitor recruitment statistics. Communicate with employment agencies regarding recruitment needs. Assist with training for new hires. Hours: 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday-Friday Additional as Needed – Job Fairs
