The HR Receptionist will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the phone system and reception area, ensuring it is organized and kept clean. This role involves meeting and screening visitors and vendors, maintaining a visitor log, and handling badges and confidentiality processes. The position also administers the uniform program, PPE, safety shoe and glasses program, and manages office and break room supplies, coordinating with vendors for repairs. Additionally, the HR Receptionist will help plan and coordinate plant activities, new hire orientations, and serve as the primary back-up for the HR Administrative Assistant. This role is an active member of the HR Team, Charitable Contributions Team, and Safety Team.
