The primary job responsibility is to assist in Human Resources functions under the direction and guidance of Sr. HR Business Partner- New Business. Specific responsibilities include Recruitment, Payroll Support, Leave Administration, Benefits Administration, HRIS Management and Record Keeping, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Workers Compensation, and various other employee programs, including new account openings.
