About The Position

The HR Programs & Systems Supervisor is an enterprise Human Resources position responsible for the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of key HR programs, technologies, systems, projects, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives. While physically based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this position operates as part of the Corporate Human Resources function and supports company operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany. The position serves as an important bridge between HR strategy and operational execution by translating strategic direction into scalable processes, technology solutions, project plans, training programs, workflows, and sustainable enterprise practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in overseeing and implementing orientation, onboarding, performance management, training, and LMS administration.
  • Advanced experience with ADP and/or comparable workflow technology, including demonstrated experience with HRIS administration, configuration, implementation, or workflow development.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is required.

  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
  • Formal project-management education, training, or certification are strongly preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean/Six Sigma, or comparable project/process-improvement credential highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary functional resource for ADP and other HR technologies.
  • Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve HRIS processes and workflows.
  • Translate HR business requirements into effective technology solutions.
  • Partner directly with ADP and other technology vendors regarding system functionality, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual HR processes.
  • Support data integrity, reporting, system documentation, and adoption of HR technology.
  • Maintain strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand how HR systems and workflows are constructed, not simply how they are used.
  • Lead assigned HR projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, communication strategies, testing requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain accountability for project deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers and escalate when appropriate.
  • Apply structured project-management principles to move initiatives from concept through implementation and sustainability.
  • Oversee the enterprise orientation and onboarding framework.
  • Establish consistent onboarding standards across company locations while recognizing legitimate location-specific requirements.
  • Develop manager resources, schedules, workflows, communications, documentation, and technology solutions.
  • Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with local HR resources and management to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as an advanced functional resource for workflow technologies, such as JotForm and other programs.
  • Build electronic forms, automated workflows, approval processes, data-collection tools, and HR process solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to transition manual processes into efficient technology-enabled workflows.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing HR workflow solutions.
  • Coordinate and administer the enterprise performance-management process.
  • Support system configuration, review-cycle preparation, communications, tracking, reporting, manager support, and process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve timeliness, consistency, technology utilization, and manager adoption.
  • Execute the performance-management strategy established by Corporate HR leadership.
  • Support execution of the organization’s enterprise learning and development strategy.
  • Partner with departments and managers to identify position-specific training requirements.
  • Develop structured training plans based upon approved departmental training matrices.
  • Translate identified training needs into executable learning plans.
  • Build and maintain learning content within the LMS.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, facilitator resources, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate employee and manager training when appropriate.
  • Track completion, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs.
  • Support operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany.
  • Travel to company locations based upon organizational, project, training, and implementation needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with site leadership while retaining an enterprise HR perspective.
  • Support consistent implementation of Corporate HR programs across locations.
  • Recognize appropriate regulatory, cultural, and operational differences among locations while maintaining enterprise standards.
  • Directly supervise two assigned HR team members.
  • Establish priorities and work assignments.
  • Provide coaching, development, feedback, and accountability.
  • Conduct performance-management activities for assigned employees.
  • Support cross-training and continued professional development.
  • Review and reconcile invoices for HR Programs and Systems-related vendors.
  • May be responsible for training other team members.
  • Exemplify Kingsbury’s safety mindset by complying with all safety requirements and acting as a safety ambassador.
  • Attend all company-required trainings and meetings (e.g., safety and department meetings).
  • Oversee and maintain Kingsbury Quality Assurance standards across Kingsbury products and processes.
  • Complete special projects, continuous improvement initiatives and all other duties as assigned.
