RSM is seeking a Program Manager to support HR transformation initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements. This role will primarily support delivery of the E360 program, partnering across internal and client stakeholders to drive program execution, governance, and alignment. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders, to support coordination across workstreams, maintain visibility into program progress, and help drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
