About The Position

BRMi is seeking a HR Program Analyst to support our customer's Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a hybrid work arrangement in Vienna, VA. An in-person interview will be required for this role.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Effective communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide processes or annual cycles (e.g., performance management, talent reviews)
• Comfort working across cross-functional HR teams and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of the Q4 enterprise performance management cycle, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution
• Analyze performance rating distributions and trends across business units, roles, and levels to generate actionable insights for HR and leadership
• Partner with HRBPs and COE teams to identify themes, risks, and opportunities in performance outcomes and calibration results
• Support performance management technology and tools (e.g., performance platforms, forms, reporting dashboards), including troubleshooting and optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to support decision-making and executive communications
• Assist in process improvements, documentation, and scaling of performance management practices
• Provide operational support for stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and cycle readiness activities
• Contribute to development of materials for leader communications, training, and enablement
• Perform other duties as assigned
