About The Position

As an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Professional you will support and enhance our organization’s people operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee engagement strategies. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.in overall HR management including benefits, compensation, and payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn HR and Payroll Software

Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Assist in developing, implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including training and leadership development programs
  • Create and maintain job descriptions
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
  • Assist with processing of bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, including HRIS systems.
  • Assist with organizing and planning service award celebrations and company activities
  • Assist with Business Continuity Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Safety and Security
