UDC is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support our Human Resources team! The HR & Payroll Coordinator provides administrative support for Human Resources and Payroll operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes. This is a hybrid position based out of our Waukesha, WI office. Employees are expected to work on-site two days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Additional in-office days may be required periodically to support business needs. This role is split between Payroll and Human Resources, with approximately 15–20 hours per week dedicated to payroll support and the remaining time focused on HR-related responsibilities.
