About The Position

Snohomish Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator who is passionate about supporting employees, partnering with facility leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is crucial in supporting employees, leaders, and exceptional resident care, acting as a Culture Champion, Trusted Partner, and driving Compliance.

Requirements

• HR, business, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• One year human resources and/or payroll experience required
• Six months experience in a health care environment preferred

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
• HR compliance and personnel record management
• Assisting with employee relations and leave administration
• Supporting retention, engagement, and training initiatives
• Partnering with leadership on workforce needs and HR strategy
• Bi-weekly payroll processing
