About The Position

We are seeking a HR OPS Intern in our Broomfield, CO, Location. This internship offers exposure to core HR functions such as performance reviews, compliance documentation, and internal communications, demonstrating how HR impacts a growing tech company. Interns will partner with line leadership to drive business performance through contemporary processes in compensation, generalist functions, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development. A key component of the internship is working on a special project that will culminate in a presentation to top business leaders, with the potential to quickly position successful interns in strategic leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree.
  • Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program – Graduating on/after December 2027.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status).
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources or human resources industrial Relations in an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Obtain a bachelor’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028 preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through university clubs, volunteer organizations, and other extra-curricular activities.
  • Prior HR Internships preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in performance reviews, compliance documentation, and internal communications.
  • Partner with line leadership to drive business performance through contemporary processes in areas such as compensation, generalist, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development.
  • Work on a special project that culminates in a presentation to our top business leaders in the organization.
  • Support system implementations, process automation initiatives, dashboard development, and data integrity projects within HR technology platforms.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and help modernize HR processes.
  • Collaborate on initiatives such as surveys, team events, and wellness programs that strengthen culture and promote engagement.
  • Assist in organizing tech skill development sessions, onboarding bootcamps, and internal training programs.
  • Contribute to social media and career page content that highlights the company’s culture, diversity, and tech innovation.
  • Research HR best practices in tech startups and contribute ideas for improving internal policies and processes.
