About The Position

Neural Concept is looking for a versatile HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growing tech scaleup in the United States. This role combines hands-on recruiting with essential HR operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the U.S. technology talent market, experience with active sourcing, and practical knowledge of the U.S. HR operations, benefits, and 401(k) administration.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a combined People Operations role with a hands-on approach
Practical knowledge of the U.S. HR policies, benefits administration, 401(k) programs
Strong knowledge of the U.S. technology talent market, including relevant talent pools and sourcing channels.
Proven experience recruiting for technical, software, engineering, and technical sales positions.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly valued.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment.
Familiarity with an ATS. Experience with Ashby is a bonus.
Strong organizational skills, curiosity, resilience, and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding.
Support U.S. benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.
Coordinate with PEO entities, payroll and benefits providers.
Help maintain HR policies and support compliance with applicable federal and and local employment requirements.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles.
Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and creative outreach.
Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data, track pipeline progress, and report on key hiring metrics.
