About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations & Payroll Support Specialist to support day-to-day HRIS administration and payroll-related processes. This role is heavily focused on maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR and payroll updates, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in HR operations, and confident working within UKG while supporting U.S. business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll support, or HRIS management
  • Strong working knowledge of UKG preferred
  • Comfortable handling payroll-related updates and confidential employee information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting payroll cycles or payroll preparation
  • Experience with HR reporting, employee data audits, or compliance documentation
  • Familiarity with HR process improvement and workflow organization

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in UKG, including: New hires, Terminations, Compensation changes, Department transfers, Status and job changes
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring employee data, deductions, pay updates, and payroll-related information are accurate and updated on time
  • Process HRIS updates and review system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist with HR operations tasks such as: Reporting, Audits, Documentation, Employee data requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding payroll updates, employee record changes, and HR system-related questions
  • Maintain organized HR records and help improve operational workflows when needed
