Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • English/Korean Bilingual required.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional employment laws.
  • Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Advanced Functions) and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience in HR operations, including payroll, compensation, performance management, and talent management.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong background in accounting or financial operations is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 Years of experience in Human Resources Operation

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including the full employee lifecycle, while supervising and mentoring a team of 2–4 members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive HRIS implementation and continuous system optimization to enhance compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the annual insurance renewal process and ensure full payroll tax compliance, while leading precise month-end HR financial closings and reconciliations.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, 401(k), and workers’ compensation, ensuring accuracy and seamless delivery.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor laws to ensure all policies and procedures remain fully compliant and consistently applied.
  • Serve as a key intermediary between headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment in policy execution and operational standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to department leaders on HR-related matters, fostering best practices and organizational effectiveness.
