About The Position

This role plays a critical part in Zenity's next phase of growth. The HR Operations Manager will be the heartbeat of the people's experience in New York and across remote teams in North America. This individual will serve as the go-to HR partner for the US site, owning the full employee lifecycle, championing global people initiatives locally, and helping build a workplace where people genuinely love to show up. Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and is establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale. The company is backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, and is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience — startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Genuine passion for culture-building and creating exceptional employee experiences
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR systems (HiBob a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local rollout of our global wellbeing and people strategy, tailoring it to the unique needs of our US team
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs that build connection, belonging, and motivation
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador — bringing Zenity's values to life in the everyday moments that matter
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our New York office, creating a workspace that's functional, organized, and inspiring
  • Manage vendor relationships, office budgets, travel coordination, and administrative operations with efficiency and care
  • Own the end-to-end employee journey — from a warm, seamless onboarding experience to thoughtful offboarding
  • Manage HR operations including HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, and US compliance
  • Partner with managers on organizational development, employee relations, and team effectiveness
