HR Operations Manager

In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will partner closely with branch leadership and Staffing Specialists to streamline day-to-day HR operations, elevate employee relations, and foster an exceptionally positive workforce experience. Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting hourly/high-volume workforces
- Proven background supporting hourly workforces, high-volume staffing, or operational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust easily across all levels of an organization.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR is a major plus!
Responsibilities
- Lead daily HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.
- Coach and guide Staffing Specialists through high-volume onboarding, background screening, and hiring processes.
- Act as the primary Human Resources resource for managers and employees, resolving questions with empathy and clarity.
- Drive retention and workplace culture initiatives in partnership with regional leadership.
- Maintain accurate employee records while continuously optimizing core HR processes.
