Leads the administration of CSBB incentive compensation programs, with direct accountability for managing incentive operations from plan setup through payout. Oversees teams responsible for incentive calculations, validation, approvals, and payment cycles to ensure plans are executed accurately and on schedule. Partners regularly with Lines of Business, technology, and project teams to coordinate system changes, manage processing timelines, address operational issues, and support ongoing program updates. Establishes priorities, monitors workloads and cycle readiness, and provides leadership direction to ensure consistent execution, clear communication, and reliable delivery of incentive compensation outcomes. Position has weekly in office expectations and is NOT remote.
