About The Position

We’re looking for an HR Operations & Experience Lead who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and employee experience. In this role, you will own and enhance the core processes that support employees throughout their journey—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, payroll coordination, and offboarding. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring HR services are consistent, responsive, and designed to scale—while delivering a high-quality experience for every employee. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Progressive HR operations experience, including: Payroll coordination, Benefits and leave administration, HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar preferred), Recruiting coordination and onboarding, Compliance tracking and employee records
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core HR processes, including employee lifecycle workflows, HRIS administration, employee records, and compliance tracking
  • Ensure HR services are delivered accurately, consistently, and confidentially
  • Maintain strong documentation, controls, and audit readiness
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, onboarding, and HR processes
  • Provide clear, timely support while appropriately escalating complex or sensitive issues
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and people-centered HR experience
  • Manage recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support offer processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Create a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, new hires, and departing employees
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and review changes for accuracy and completeness
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with I-9, leave programs, and employment documentation requirements
  • Develop and refine HR workflows, templates, and service standards
  • Identify gaps and implement scalable, repeatable improvements
  • Contribute to a high-performing HR function built on consistency, accountability, and service quality
