About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and recruiting coordination. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative execution with people-focused support. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience—from candidate coordination through onboarding—while supporting HR processes, compliance, and internal operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, admin, or recruiting coordination or Bachelor’s in HR/Business
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, background checks, and new hire experience
  • Assist with HR programs and initiatives, including training coordination, company events, and employee engagement activities
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor coordination
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Office Administration to support organizational operations
  • Back up support for Office Operations, as needed
