About The Position

Nice To Haves

  • associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Accounting preferred.
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) recommended.
  • aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP recommended
  • Workday and Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt training beneficial.
  • Experience with Workday and OSV preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and off-cycle or holiday payroll requirements.
  • Audit employee, payroll, and time records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain employee information including census, benefit, tax, and lien data within Workday.
  • Support HR Operations programs and processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, Human Resources, Finance, and third-party vendors, resolving issues promptly.
  • Support internal and external auditors with data, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Create and maintain reporting on payroll, hours worked, and benefits administration, meeting strict deadlines.
