Requirements

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) and previous experience with HRIS systems like ADP.
  • A proven ability to manage high-volume transactional work with zero-error accuracy and strict attention to detail.
  • Superior time management to juggle competing priorities like event planning (intern program) alongside routine data entry.
  • The ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee data with total integrity and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR function or a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Executing high-volume HR data entries (new hires, job changes, and terminations) in the HRIS while ensuring total accuracy and I-9 compliance.
  • Managing pre-employment requirements (background checks, offer letters) and coordinating orientations to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end intern experience at the Fort Wayne HQ, from initial hiring and scheduling to planning networking and development events.
  • Maintaining organized employee records and gathering documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Handling HR-related invoices, unemployment claims, and maintaining the HR SharePoint site and internal communications.
