About The Position

Skylo is hiring a HR Operations Analyst to join our People and Talent team. This role is not a traditional HR specialist; instead, it's for someone who loves building systems, designing programs, and running HR operations end-to-end. You will own, design and improve the employee experience: workflows, people programs, and processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations, HR programs, or people analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling or another modern HRIS platform.
  • Strong analytical, data, and process design skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve root-cause issues through operational fixes.
  • Experience managing ticketing systems, benefits administration, and HR workflows.
  • Demonstrated success improving employee-facing HR processes and documentation.
  • Excellent judgment, prioritization, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Natural curiosity and a frustration with clunky processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run People programs and operations - lead key initiatives end-to-end, including open enrollment, benefits administration, performance, onboarding and other employee lifecycle programs. You'll have the autonomy to design and Improve how these programs run, ensuring they scale as we grow and deliver an experience consistent with our values and culture.
  • Streamline HR inquiries and workflows -manage requests for HR help. Rather than just solving individual tickets/requests, you'll identify root causes and redesign workflows to prevent recurring issues - making a lasting operational impact.
  • Ensure data integrity and smooth system operations - own data accuracy and workflow management within Rippling. You'll become the go-to expert for building reliable, efficient HR system processes that keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Elevate employee experience - design and optimize how employees interact with HR - from onboarding and verification to travel, time off, and recognition. You'll shape a thoughtful, consistent experience that employees actually enjoy.
  • Use analytics and judgment to drive improvements - apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover inefficiencies and create scalable HR processes. Your data-driven approach and sound judgment will directly improve how we operate.
  • Design better ways of working - collaborate with the People team and cross-functional partners to map processes, build flowcharts, and continuously optimize for speed, accuracy, and employee delight.
