About The Position

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring overall departmental effectiveness of assigned HR discipline. This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience with exposure to multiple HR Operations disciplines and expertise in at least one discipline; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

  • Leads major HR Operations initiatives such as yearend departmental project activities.
  • Ensures ERISA, legal and SOX compliance of departmental activities.
  • Serves as a resource to management team and other associates.
  • Manages the HR Operations activities related to data integration, system upgrades, and vendor data feed setups/changes.
  • Develops and executes training scenarios.
  • Manages department specific vendor contracts and serves as liaison for resolving vendor related problems.
  • Monitors overall operational effectiveness; serves as content expert.
  • Leads HR Operations process improvement, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains metrics reporting tools.
